By sending payment or confirming the commission, the commissioner agrees to all terms below.

What I Need for Your Commission►The default assumption is that you are making a request for a nonprofit commission until you say otherwise. The price tag on commercial art is discussed individually.
► Character references: reference sheet, sketches, photos or screenshots. This may include additional references of clothing, accessories, etc.
► A detailed description of your wishes: a number of characters, poses, emotions, colours, etc.
► Any social media links you have so that I can credit you.

Payment And Refund Information► Full prepayment or 50% upfront + 50% after detailed sketch
► Payment via Easystart/LavaTop(Paypal / Stripe/ debit card) in EUR
► !!Due to political sanctions, I cannot process refunds!!
► I will not begin work until I have received full or partial payment

My Workflow Process► I draw almost everything, except for explicit sex scenes
► The commission will be finished, at latest, in 3 months after you’ve commissioned.
► Commissions are first come, first serve (Urgent orders are the exception)
► Artwork is completed in 3 stages: sketch, lineart + flatcolour and fullrender.
► I will send you a sketch for approval, you can ask for any changes, except for changing the format
► You will also receive an update for lineart + flatcolour. I will only make changes here if I happen to make a mistake in the process
► Additional corrections will increase the price depending on their complexity. These charges are typically an additional €10 per change after this phase.
► You will receive the finished illustration via a Dropbox link or email. !! If you receive art via Dropbox, please download the files immediately because the file links will not be permanent!!
►The PSD file is deleted a couple days after the commissioner confirms the artwork is ready, unless otherwise specified.

► It is strictly forbidden to turning the artwork into an NFT and to use it to train AI databases / correction with
► The commissioner is free to use artwork for non-commercial purposes - personally (social media, prints, etc)
► All the rights on the depicted characters, locations or items belong to their author
► The artist reserves the right to post the compressed arts, WIPs, timelapse videos with commissioner's credits
► Editing and alteration (such as: cropping, repainting, coloring and etc.) is prohibited.
► Animating the piece is allowed
