By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read the commission details below and agree to them.
I reserve the right to terminate the order in the event that the commissioner violates these conditions.

What I Need for Your Commission►The default assumption is that you are making a request for a nonprofit commission until you say otherwise. The price tag on commercial art is discussed individually.
► Character references: Reference sheet, sketches, photos or screenshots. This may include additional references of clothing, accessories, etc. (You can provide written references, but I reserve the right to add an additional charge for this)
► A detailed description of what you want to see in your commission: How many characters, poses, emotions, colours, etc. The more you provide to me the better, otherwise I will rely on my own judgement during the process!
► Any social media links you have so that I can credit you as the commissioner.
► Prepayment via Boosty or Easystart (possible to discuss alternative methods of payment)

Payment And Refund Information► Full prepayment is preferred.The payment may be split into two or more parts. Please ask me about this!
► Payment via Hipolink/Boosty/Easystart (card) or LavaTop(Paypal, card) in USD.
► If you cancel a commission for any reason, I will refund the amount paid minus the cost of any work already completed. You cannot refund a commission once it is fully completed.
► If you win an auction piece and refuse to pay, you will be blacklisted.
► I will not begin work until I have received full or partial payment

My Workflow Process► By default when you commission me it is assumed that you have read the rules and agree to them.
► Your commission will be finished, at latest, in six months after you’ve commissioned. Depending on the size of my current queue, you might receive it sooner.
► Commissions are first come, first serve (Urgent orders are the exception)
► Artwork is completed in four stages: Sketch, Lineart, Flatcolour and Fullrender.
► I will send you a sketch for approval, you can ask for any changes at this stage. Except for changing the type of commission (example: headshot-halfbody)
► You will also receive an update for lineart and flatcolour. I will only make changes here if I happen to make a mistake in the process (If something doesn’t fit the provided description or character reference – I will only make minor changes or additions)
► Additional corrections will increase the price depending on their complexity. These charges are typically an additional $10 per change after this phase. Please be careful with any revisions!
► You will receive the finished illustration via a Dropbox link or email. If you receive art via Dropbox, please download the files immediately because the file links will not be permanent!
►The PSD file is deleted a couple days after the commissioner confirms the artwork is ready, unless otherwise specified.

Copyright
► It is strictly forbidden to use any images I create to train AI databases.
► Do NOT hide, overlap or cover watermarks in any way, shape or form.
► The commissioner is free to repost the commissioned piece anywhere online, giving a credit to the author.
► All the rights on the depicted characters, locations or items belong to their rightful owner.
► The author reserves the right to post the high resolution files, WIPs, timelapse videos with commissioner's credits.
► The author reserves the right to use the commissioned pieces for self-promotion (examples: banners/announcements at conventions);
► If you did not indicate your preference for how I should mention you, and I do not find a link to any social networks in your profile, I will automatically include a link to your profile from which I received your order.
► Any personal (non-commercial use) is allowed. The commissioner is free to use the commissioned piece/character design in any non-commercial manner, including personal projects
► Creating physical copies of the commissioned piece and printing it on any physical objects is allowed as long as it is done for non-commercial purposes.
► Turning the commissioned artwork into an NFT is strictly prohibited.
► Editing and alteration (such as: cropping, repainting, coloring and etc.) is prohibited.
► Animating the piece is allowed
